
Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker is urging residents of the Quad Cities area who live on the Illinois side of the river to not travel to Iowa for services that reopened Friday.
Pritzker made his comments at his daily press briefing Friday afternoon. He told people in the Quad Cities to be “extraordinarily careful.” Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds eased restrictions Friday across all counties in Iowa, allowing salons, barbershops, and restaurants to reopen with some restrictions in place.
