A local youth spends his Saturday leading a “drive-thru” food drive. It happened in Ray Leon’s front yard in a southwest Aledo neighborhood. He’s part of Cub Scout Pack 428 and his dad Christian Leon is Cub Master.
The drive occurred from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. The food collected will go to an effort at the Aledo United Methodist Church. The monetary donations will go to the Churches of Mercer County Food Pantry.
