Mercer County Farm Bureau Manager Jenna Preston is reminding us to slow down and be aware as farmers get ready for planting season. Preston was a guest on WRMJ’s Focus Program. She says motorists should allow some extra time on their commutes as farm vehicles make their way to the fields. She is also reminding us about grain bin safety. Grain bin accidents have taken the lives of several local farmers over the years.
