An Oct. 12 trial date is set for a New Windsor woman charged in a hit-and-run crash in Rock Island County. Lily Stratton faces felony counts of failure to report an accident and aggravated DUI. She is free on $5,000 bond with a pre-trial conference scheduled for Sept. 23. The crash happened July 25th in the 3800 block of John Deere Road in Moline. A man was found in the roadway suffering from major injuries after a pickup truck hit his motorcycle.
