An Iowa woman’s residential burglary and theft case in Mercer County has been pushed to next year.
55-year-old Paula Harris of Wilton appeared in Mercer County Circuit Court Tuesday for a pre-trial conference with the matter continued to January 29, 2024. The delay was attributed to the defense.
According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release, Harris was taken into custody following an investigation in the New Boston area.
Harris is free on bond. She faces four Class 1 felonies of residential burglary and one Class 3 felony of theft.
