The Aledo City Council receives an update on the former Gun Report storefront. Louis Powell is renovating the property and the building has already been gutted says Mayor Chris Hagloch.
The Aledo City Council approved a $150,000 TIF incentive for the project last October. Powell is making a $700,000 investment in the building. Plans are retail for the first floor with apartments on the second floor. The third floor will remain open.
