The Mercer County School District and City of Aledo partnering for this year’s homecoming dance. The event will be this Saturday night, outside, at Aledo Central Park. City Administrator Chris Sullivan says it’s a perfect venue in light of ongoing indoor COVID restrictions. He spoke about the setup at Monday night’s Aledo City Council meeting.
Also Monday night, the Aledo City Council set trick-or-treat hours for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
