The chief judge of the 14th Judicial Circuit recently met with Mercer County officials on the condition of the Mercer County Courthouse.
County Administrator Ron Fullerlove says the key issue remains the functionality of the courthouse elevator.
The subject was discussed at last week’s Mercer County Board meeting. Rockridge grad Frank Fuhr is now the chief judge of the 14th Judicial Circuit, replacing Walter Braud this past October.
