Mercer County farmer Jeff Kirwan testified last week in front of the House Agriculture Subcommittee on General Farm Commodities chaired by Congresswoman Cheri Bustos. Kirwan says they discussed a number of topics during the hearing.
Kirwan is also an Illinois Farm Bureau Board Member.
