A Joy man is facing multiple charges after police say he resisted arrest over the weekend.
21-year-old Devin Purdy was taken into custody on charges of aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting arrest on Sunday night.
According to a press release from the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, deputies were executing an arrest warrant on Purdy for multiple warrants out of nearby counties.
