You’ll have a good laugh and help raise money for those dealing with cancer at a Saturday afternoon fundraiser in New Boston.
The Showdown at Rocky’s Sturgeon Bay Inn for Relay for Life starts at noon tomorrow with a “wrestler” costume contest.
Bodybuilder Mauricio Garcia is volunteering at the event and says he wanted to be a part of the event after his family dealt with a cancer diagnosis. Cara Svoboda is an owner of Rocky’s in New Boston.
Even if you don’t want to dress up, you can still come to Rocky’s Sturgeon Bay Inn Saturday and vote on the best dressed wrestler. One dollar is one vote. The top vote getters are being awarded with WWE tickets.
All of the money raised goes to Relay for Life of Mercer County.
The WRMJ Radiothon for Relay for Life of Mercer County is set for Spring.
