Charlotte was born and raised in Bisbee, Arizona, to William Vaselin and Helen Steier Peshikan on December 23, 1939. For many years, she proudly owned and operated Uniforms and Career Apparel. After retirement, Charlotte cared for others in a hospice environment.

First and foremost, she loved God, her family, and K-9 friend Bella. Charlotte was a devoted member of Edgewood Baptist Church in Rock Island, Illinois. She loved to travel especially to tropical locations, spending time on the Mississippi, listening to music, dancing, hosting holiday events, and shopping. Charlotte touched everyone she met with unconditional kindness and a touch of class. Her sweet soul will be missed by everyone she knew!

Those left to cherish Charlotte’s memories include her daughter, Joan (Darrick) Crain of Andover; grandson, Steven (Randi) Burton of New Windsor, Illinois; three grandchildren, Makenna, Gavin, and Kendyll Burton; two sisters, Linda A. Kincade of Arizona and Bobbie (Gerald) Mays of North Carolina; nieces, Michelle A. (Brent) Gage of East Moline, Illinois, and Lori Morehead and Pam (Joe) Hayes both of Arizona; great nephews, Adam, Aaron, Joey, Jack Henry, Chandler, and Chase; great niece, Bailey; and many more nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cloyce Rowe; son, J. Gene Rowe; granddaughter, Brooke Yvonne Burton; brothers, William Paken II and Michael Paken; sister, Sharon A. Frazier; and nephew, Tommy Morehead.
