Landon Bull converted a rebound putback with 2.2 seconds remaining to break a 46-46 tie and give Rockridge (12-5) a 48-46 win over Bloomington Central Catholic (7-7) Tuesday.
The Rockets held a 26-19 halftime lead but were outscored 20-6 in the third quarter and trailed 39-32 heading into the fourth. Rockridge opened the final period on a 10-0 run to regain the lead. Trey Eller sunk a three-pointer in the game’s final minute to knot it up at 46 before Bull’s game-winner.
Bull netted a game-high 14 points. Caleb Cunico added 12 for the Rockets.
Crayton Schnierle scored 13 points and Keshaun Manney had 12 in the loss for the Saints.
Rockridge has won eight of its last nine games.
