BankORION will be constructing a new facility for its Aledo branch.
The new location will be on the corner of Southeast Third Street and Southeast Third Avenue, across the street from the Aledo Happy Joes and the Aledo Fire Station. BankORION purchased the Chiropractic Arts Center building, land behind it, and a private garage for the project.
The project will involve the demolition of the current property and the subsequent construction of the new building.
BankORION President and CEO Matt Bollinger says the new location and facility will provide a better experience in Aledo.
Bollinger says the bank is hoping to begin the demolition process within the next two to three months. A targeted opening for the new Aledo BankORION facility is spring of 2026.
The current BanKORION building was sold to Mark Bieri, who agreed to lease the property back to the bank until the new facility is opened.
