A Muscatine individual in custody in Mercer County on a burglary charge. 20 year old Trea Allan Koller is accused of removing several items from outbuildings at an Eliza area property. Koller was taken into custody on Labor Day, according to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail pending his initial court appearance.
