An Aledo man facing felony charges following a shooting investigation in rural Henderson County will return to court next month.
21-year-old Dakota Lockmiller was arrested and charged with two Class X felony counts of aggravated battery with a firearm in March, according to a press release from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department. He appeared in Henderson County Court on Wednesday, where a preliminary hearing was continued to June 24.
Lockmiller was granted pretrial release in March.
