Rockridge claimed a conference championship in boys golf by scoring 338 at the Three Rivers Athletic Conference (TRAC) Meet at Emerald Hill in Sterling on Tuesday.
The Rockets finished seven shots better than second-place Hall (345). Orion (3rd), Mendota (4th), Riverdale (5th), Newman (6th), Erie-Prophetstown (7th), Kewanee (8th), Princeton (9th), Sherrard (10th), Mercer County (11th), and Monmouth-Roseville (12th) rounded out the team leaderboard.
Rockridge senior Hudson Connelly was the individual conference champion with a score of 78.
The rest of the first-team all-conference honorees were Rockridge’s Braydon Oakes, Riverdale’s Andrew Brikland, Dylan Watson and Jameson Ruthey, Newman’s Liam Nicklaus, Hall’s Luke Bryant and Noah Plym, Orion’s Logan Bean and Owen Bollinger, Erie-Prophetstown’s Gavin Vandyke and Callen Keegan, Mendota’s Esten Otero and Ashtyn Stamberger, and Princeton’s Eli Coomer.
