The Mercer County Farm Bureau is holding a farm safety event this week.
A tourniquet training is scheduled for Thursday at the Aledo Fire Station from 9-11 a.m. Attendees will learn from local paramedics how to use a torniquet and free tourniquets will be given out, says Mercer County Farm Bureau Manager Jenna Preston.
