LeAnn M. Quillin – Celebration Of Life 7/25/26

LeAnn M. Quillin, 33 of Aledo, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2026, surrounded by her family’s love at Genesis East Medical Center. A celebration of life for LeAnn will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., Saturday, July 25, at the Mercer County VFW. Private family burial will be in Candor Cemetery, rural Aledo. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be given to the Quillin family for her children. Speer Funeral Home, Aledo, is assisting the family.

LeAnn Michelle was born on September 1, 1992, in Aledo, Illinois, to Joseph and Laurie (Sackville) Lower. LeAnn was a 2010 graduate of Mercer County High School. She was previously married to Patrick Quillin, and from this union they had 2 children, Charleigh and Harper.

LeAnn had worked for the Rock Island Arsenal and Royal Neighbors but recently found her calling by starting her own business. After receiving her cancer diagnosis, she wanted to help others and received training to become a certified Cancer Coach and was opening her own business, The Farmacy Wellness Experience.

LeAnn lived a simple life, but she enjoyed life and spending time with all her friends and family. She especially enjoyed shopping, live music, and was the social butterfly of the family. She truly was the life of the party. Her children were her heart and soul. She loved traveling to the mountains or ocean, camping, bike riding or just going to one of her children’s school or sporting events.

LeAnn’s family include her children, Charleigh and Harper Quillin; her parents, Joe and Laurie Lower; siblings, Shannon Brown and Jack Day, Tricia and Evan Price, Andrew and Courtney Lower, and Jaimie and Chris Johnston; grandmother, Patty Sackville; and nieces and nephews, Michael and Jenna Brown, Brady, Kate, and Georgia Price, Eliza Sherrill, Ryan and Nate Lower, Lane Luxmore, and Tucker Johnston. LeAnn’s family welcoming her to heaven include her grandparents, Bud and Kitte Lower and Jimmy Sackville; uncles, Pat and Tom Lower and Monte Sackville; brother-in-law, B.J. Luxmore; and her great-grandparents, including Mary Sackville.
