A memorial service for Thomas D. Noble and Arlene Downey Noble of Carson City, Nevada, formerly of Eliza, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 18, at the Eliza Community Church. Private burial will be at the Eliza Creek Cemetery. Thomas D. Noble passed away on Nov. 27, 2025, and Arlene Downey Noble on Oct. 30, 2020. Memorials may be made to the Eliza Community Church.
