An Italian restaurant in Aledo has been sold and will be changing hands at the end of the year.
Joe’s Trattoria announced on its Facebook page that the restaurant will officially be sold to Jason Doherty, who purchased both the business and the property, on Dec. 31. The social media announcement also noted that Doherty has the original Joe’s pizza recipe.
The Vitale and Lee families had owned the restaurant for 50 years.
