Mercer County (4-0) capped a perfect opening week of the high school girls basketball season with a 56-30 win over Knoxville (3-1) in the championship of the ROWVA-Williamsfield/Ridgewood Tournament on Saturday.
Shadia Williams scored 25 points to lead the Golden Eagles in the victory.
