An Aledo man is facing felony theft charges after being accused of stealing more than $100,000 from an estate.
63-year-old Ricardo Tejano was arrested on Wednesday and is charged with three felonies.
According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department press release, deputies received a report regarding a possible theft involving an estate in July.
Tejano was booked in the Mercer County Jail and released pursuant to a court order.
