Rockridge (9-3) broke a two-game losing streak by beating Sterling (9-4) 9-4 in softball at home Wednesday.
Morgan Hofer and Emilee Black each hit home runs and drove in four runs in the win. Taylor Dieterich was the winning pitcher after throwing 2.1 scoreless innings.
