Memories will continues to be made this year at the 84th annual New Windsor Fair, Rodeo, and Horse Show in New Windsor. The rodeo grounds are in great shape. Fair Board President Kelly Weber Joined WRMJ’s Terry James on Focus. She was joined by Stock Contractors Kevin and Gina Hampton to speak about the bulls and other animals coming to the Rodeo.
