Once again this year, WRMJ is partnering with Mercer County Relay For Life to raise money for the fight against cancer. WRMJ’s John Hoscheidt and Rusty Dunn will host the annual event. We are proud to feature stories from cancer survivors, caregivers, and others affected.
The Radiothon takes place Monday, April 22, at our new downtown studios. It gets underway at 6 a.m. This year, our new studios will allow us to bring in local musicians to perform during the event. They include Levi Craft, John Heasly, and Matt McEwen.
During WRMJ’s 10th Annual Relay For Life Radiothon held April 24, 2023, our listeners helped us raise $8,550. We are hoping for great weather during the Radiothon April 22. Spanky’s Meat Wagon will be in the Central Park parking lot and will donated a percentage of the lunch business. Listeners can call in or make your donation in person outside the WRMJ Downtown Studios – 129 S. College Ave., Aledo. Please join us in fighting cancer and supporting Mercer County Relay for Life.
