Apollo Elementary School will be getting their own school resource officer. The decision was announced at this week’s Unit 404 Board of Education meeting says Superintendent Scott Petrie.
The district also has school resource officers at the high school and at New Boston Elementary.
Also this week, the school board acquired property near the junior high and Apollo campus, meaning the district owns the whole block now.
The purchase prices was $120,000.
