The Rock Island County Sheriff’s Office is announcing 911 services are available again in three communities. The outage was affecting Andalusia, Taylor Ridge, and Edgington since Sunday. AT&T had been working to restore the emergency service and is also confirming the phone lines are now operating again. Residents with emergency calls had been forced to call the Sheriff’s Department main phone number.
