A New Boston man arrested on theft and failure to appear warrants. 35-year-old Andrew Wilkens was taken into custody on Friday by Mercer County Sheriff’s Deputies. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail on $78,000 bond. Deputies were assisted by the New Boston Police Department.
