The Mercer County Board approves an ordinance allowing for UTVs or side-by-sides on certain county roads. The speed limit will be 35 MPH for all vehicles on those sections. District 5 county board member Steve Moreland of Aledo is on board with the plan.
An annual sticker or permit will cost $50 for county residents and $75 for non-residents.
