The City of Aledo and Mercer County School District have reached a tentative agreement regarding a full-time school resource officer position to monitor and patrol school buildings in Aledo. Police Chief/City Administrator Chris Sullivan with an update from this week’s Aledo City Council meeting.
The school district has an agreement with Mercer County on a full-time school resource officer position for Mercer County Junior High in Joy.
