2017 ended with two more meth arrests in Mercer County. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a single rollover crash near rural Seaton on December 31st. The driver—Kyle Green of Muscatine was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine along with possession, delivery and manufacture of a controlled substance. The passenger—April Howard of Seaton was also arrested for possession of methamphetamine. The Seaton Fire Department and Genesis Ambulance Service assisted at the scene. Both Green and Howard are being held at the Mercer County Jail.
