Mercer County Board Chairman Joe Vann has died. He was 63. Vann was on the WRMJ airwaves many times over the years including in March of 2017, when he spoke about a cash flow management plan for the county.
Vann died Thursday at Genesis Medical Center Davenport. He was elected to the Mercer County Board in 2014 and became chairman in 2016.
