The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department announcing an arrest following a sexual assault investigation. 30 year old Eric Maurice Thirtyacre of rural Aledo was taken into custody Tuesday. He has been charged with criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse. No other information has been released at this time. Thirtyacre is in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
