The Mercer County Board elects a new chairman. Josh Frieden of New Boston takes over the post. Frieden replaces Carlos Sarabasa of Aledo, who did not seek re-election to the board last month. Steve Moreland of Aledo was elected vice chairman last night. New board members Rebecca Hawn, Gary Anderson and Kirby McLaughlin were also sworn-in last night.
