Two Mercer County High School students among more than 60 area students from 24 schools participating in local State Senator Chuck Weaver’s Youth Advisory Council. They met last week at Knox College in Galesburg and will gather again at the state capital in the spring.
Mercer County junior Lauren Morby is partipating in the program.
Mercer County student Brooke Lindell is also involved with Weaver’s Youth Advisory Council.
