Another two statues being placed near the Mercer County VFW. The first one will be dedicated Veterans Days and is a female soldier says Nick Seefeld with Post 1571.
And money is also being raised for another statue project says the VFW’s Bill Brown.
Mercer County Women for Women have already made a donation for the kneeling soldier statue project. Anyone wishing to donate to the cause can contact the Mercer County VFW.
