Aledo Mayor Chris Hagloch says a plat has been submitted to Aledo City Hall for a 16-lot residential subdivision. The developer is Brad Krstic and the development is on the north side of Aledo. It’s called Breezy Acres.
Hagloch says he continues to be in regular contact with downtown developer W.J. Albertson, who is rehabbing three buildings—the former library and former Hall’s Shoes and Appleton Law Office storefronts.
Also this week, the Aledo City Council learned there has yet to be a start date announced for the Casey’s General Store project at the former Aledo Mart property.
