West Central (20-7, 11-0 LTC) wrapped up a perfect 2023-24 conference schedule by beating Knoxville (10-17, 5-6 LTC), 61-29, to win the Lincoln Trail Conference outright Wednesday.
Harlee Hainds scored 30 points in the win for the Heat. Shelby Bowman added 18 points for West Central.
The Heat are the top-seed at the 1A Princeville Regional and will begin postseason play Monday against either Princeville or A-Town.
