A Viola man is facing a felony sexual assault charge after being taken into custody on Monday.
According to a Mercer County Sheriff’s Department media release, 22-year-old Marcellus Trice was arrested on Monday and charged with a Class 1 felony of criminal sexual assault.
Trice was transported to the Mercer County Jail, where he is awaiting an initial court appearance.
