United High School grad and Alexis native Grace Simpson has announced her candidacy for Mercer County State’s Attorney. She will run on the Republican ticket during the 2020 election cycle. Simpson currently works as a felony prosecutor in the Henry County State’s Attorney’s office. She spoke with WRMJ News Director Jim Taylor Tuesday afternoon.
