Two Aledo police officers have resigned. Both Marcus Harris and Clifford Adam resignations are on Monday night’s city council meeting agenda. Harris’ resignation effective Sept. 2 and Adam’s resignation effective Sept. 6. The department is also without Police Chief Chris Sullivan, who is on paid leave following his arrest on official misconduct and battery charges earlier this month. Lieutenant Nick Seefeld is currently overseeing the Aledo Police Department.
