Sherrard jumped out to a quick lead and rolled to a 45-12 victory over Morrison in Three Rivers Athletic Conference girls basketball Thursday night. The Tigers Taylor Barber lead the way with 21 points on 7 three point goals. With the win Sherrard is 8-0 on the season heading into a road game at Mercer County Saturday.
In boys basketball, Orion ambushed Ridgewood 73-53 in non-conference play.
Tonight WRMJ will broadcast the Riverdale at Rockridge boys game. The Rockets pulled out a 70-62 win in Port Byron on Tuesday. Air time is 6:30.
