Sherrard drew a tough opponent for their homecoming football game as state ranked Princeton came to town and left with a one sided victory in a battle of Tigers. The Orion Chargers were able to bounce back from a lopsided loss to those same Tigers to win at Riverdale. Both games were moved to Thursday night with impending bad weather looming for Friday night. On the volleyball courts, Mercer County won a non-conference match up with Alleman.
