Another downtown revitalization program loan is on the Aledo City Council agenda for former Aledo resident W.J. Albertson and Perryton LLC. This one is for the former Appleton Law Office building on Main Street. The council meets in regular session Monday night. Albertson was just approved for a loan agreement for the former Mercer Carnegie Library building earlier this month. The downtown revitalization program is funded through the city’s TIF account.
