The Aledo City Council’s TIF Committee agreeable to helping the new owners of the former Mercer County Hospital property, which serves as an apartment complex. They are seeking $50,000 in TIF assistance for roof repairs, new windows, and HVAC improvements says Mayor Chris Hagloch.
The full city council meets in regular session Monday night.
