Mercer County Sheriff Dusty Terrill alerting local citizens that the Illinois Sheriff’s Association is currently seeking funds through the mail and it is NOT a scam.
Terrill says invitations from the Illinois Sheriff’s Association will always be by mail and never over the telephone.
