A memorial tractor ride honoring the memory of a longtime supporter of the Mercer County Fair is set for this weekend. Harold “Spike” Heck died last September. Fair board member Barney Lloyd says Heck had a tremendous impact on the fair and the tractor ride is a fitting tribute.
