A Seaton man has been charged with a Class X felony of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. 45-year-old Frank W. Wheeler was arrested Wednesday following an investigation by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department. They were responding to a child abuse report. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next Monday. Bond has been set at $100,000. Wheeler is in custody at the Mercer County Jail.
