The Farm Financial Standards Council has elected Kathy Reinhardt of Seaton as their new president.
The organization was organized in 1989 following the farm crisis of the 1980s. The group focuses on maintaining standards for preparing financial statements on agriculture operations. The goal is to help farmers make financial decisions with the changing landscape of the agricultural industry.

Reinhardt is a certified public accountant. She and her husband Ken own and operate Reinhardt Farms near Seaton.
